CITROEN RELAY BUSINESS LEASE
I would just like to thank Peter at L2u for the prompt and professional service when leasing a Citroen Relay, I had already filled out contact pages on 3 other leasing company websites but didn't even get a reply from any of them. I made a call to a friend of mine who I knew has leased an Audi Q7, he reccomended Lease2u. One call to L2u got the ball rolling and a few weeks later I now have my new van in the colour I wanted with the extras I wanted all arranged and fitted out to a high standard. Bonded side window in the sliding door and ply lined too! It was all arranged by Lease2u.
I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use Lease2u again when it is time to change thanks again

Lease 2u were the first company to return my call, some did'nt even bother.I knew what van I wanted but when Peter asked what business it was for and the fact I was only just starting out, he recommended an alternative being better value for money. I followed his advice, and I am glad I did.He organised the factory fitted extras, ply lining roof bars etc. Exceptional service,Exceptional product, All my future vehicle requirements,Will go through Peter at Lease 2 U

Peter at Lease2u far exceeded the level of servive I had expected. He found the exact product that I neede at an excellent price and kept me informed of any problems. Dealing with leasing companies can be a nightmare but not in this case and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a lease vehicle.

RENAULT TRAFIC SL27 DCI 115 BUSINESS CONTRACT HIRE
I set up my company in August 2007. I needed 6 vehicles for employees. I was hiring vehicles from a van hire company and the cost was screwing me. I sent an email to a lot of companies and none of them even got back to me. I called this lease2u and I was put right through to a guy that only did vans.
He asked me what van I wanted and I told him that I wanted a short wheel base transit. He said aye ok, what engine, I said I don't bloody know, I just need the vans. He laughed and asked if the vans did mostly motorway or town driving. I said they do both, he laughed again, he was starting to annoy me. I was then asked, what load do you need to carry, I said, normal building stuff, he said how much is normal weight on a normal day with normal number of bodies in the van? Here I was trying to lease 6 vans and all of a sudden I am carrying bodies! I said this to the van guy and he laughed like ****, he then said bodies equals passengers. As much as he was pissing me off, this guy was giving me the advice I needed. I had not even thought about weight. I thought he knows his stuff and listened. When I phoned back four days later I was told the van guy was on his hols, brilliant I thought. I needed the vans and pushed it. He was on holiday but lease2u called him and he called me back within 30 minutes. He actually told me that he was sat in the Norfolk Broads for a week with his wife and kid. This to me was summat else. He did this whilst on hols. This guy and this company do more than most, one of those things if it's on the packet does it do it. This mob do, I didn't get transit, I got renault trafic vans. They do the job that I want.

Unfortunately it is not often I can write a letter of praise. All too often these days, my letters are of complaint about poor service or goods. I am pleased therefore to be able to write to you today.
As you know, in September I received my first car through you, a Chrysler 300C.
This is the first time I have leased a car. What you will not know is that I took months agonising over either buying or leasing my new car. I knew that leasing was the best option. The problem
was it was a completely new direction as I usually bought my cars for business and sold them on after use.
After searching and talking to more than a dozen companies, my experience was that they either failed to respond to my request for a quote within a reasonable time, gave me ambiguous quotes which could have left me vulnerable to spurious charges, or they just didn’t listen to what I wanted and completely misquoted. This all meant more work for me going back and forth to clarify the offers. I found the whole industry a bit ‘dubious’ and because I had never leased before, none of them gave me any confidence to go forward with the leasing option.
I was about to give up and simply buy my vehicle again. Then, by chance, I came across Lease2U. What a contrast!! I was called within 30 minutes of my email enquiry. I had quotes back within the hour and not only were they accurate but when I rang to follow these up I was offered sound tax advice on the different finance methods. you even located and secured the 300C within minutes. For the first time, since Ihad began my search, I had the confidence in a company to actually want to place an order. And I took the plunge!
I had no reservations in ordering my first ever leased car from Lease2u. It arrived on the delivery date I was given. It was the exact car and specification I had ordered. I was impressed with the level of contact from Lease2u. I was kept up to date at every stage of the order, from order through to delivery. I was even called on day of delivery by you to check I was happy with the car!
It was due to this level of service that I decided to ask you to quote on two vehicles for staff members.
When you found out what use the cars were for, you suggested some alternative makes and models for me to consider. I loved the fact that you gave straight answers about availability and suitability of the vehicles. You took time to explain the different leasing options open to me. You spoke knowledgably about the level of equipment on the cars The communication was first class. I decided to order a further two cars from you, two Citroen C4.
I was kept informed of every step of the process and before I felt the need to email or call you about any aspect, you had beaten me to it by contacting me with those updates. I felt extremely at ease with the whole process. This contact continued, providing me with delivery dates of each car. The 300c came on a car transporter. One of the C4’s was driven to Norfolk by the supplying garage by one of their contract drivers. It was filthy and made the delivery inspection difficult and before signing the delivery papers
I called you. Within minutes the driver had received a call from his HQ from a complaint you had lodged on my behalf about the delivery condition. As a result, the driver hand washed and cleaned the car inside and out before attempting to hand it to me again. I was impressed by your after sales service.
I know that in business not everything runs spot-on all the time. What makes a business great is doing your utmost to ensure it does run spot-on but then, when things do go wrong, the measure of a great business is how those isues are dealt with and resolved. I must say that I have found the whole experience with you 100% honest, trustworthy and attentive to detail and I congratulate you on your excellent customer service.
Without a doubt, I shall be leasing vehicles in the future and that business will only be placed with Lease2U.

HONDA TYPE R PERSONAL CONTRACT HIRE

What can I say about lease2u? Well first of all the customer service was absolutely outstanding. The vehicle I hired was a Honda Civic Type R for 3 years. To buy the vehicle would of cost me a hell of a lot more than to hire it plus I wouldn't have had the money to pay for it after the 3 years anyway!! All the road tax is included plus a years free breakdown cover & warranty. The guys (& girls) bend over backwards to acquire all the help & support I needed. As this was being used as a company vehicle I began to experience problems with my company (not lease2u) over mileage etc.. Lease2u sent out new forms that day by special delivery which I received the next day. All the forms had been completed to ensure a successful delivery of the vehicle. Originally I agreed to lease the vehicle on 8th December 07, I then needed this to change to November 07. The vehicle was fast tracked & issued within a matter of days. After the 3 years is up I will certainly be going with lease2u again. The only problem I encountered was not receiving pink fluffy dice with the car but hey, everybody can't be perfect can they? MAZDA 3 1.6 PERSONAL CONTRACT HIRE
I was looking for a car this was the only company that rang me back we talked about what my needs were and the type of car I needed they put a package together. And the paperwork was sent out in a short time. The only thing I found was trying to get insureance as I did not have reg of the car so I rang them up and with a call it was done and the paper work sent back on a friday afternoon and I got a email back on the Saturday to tell me that every thing was ok. The speed that they work is so good that I will tell any one that is looking for a car to call Peter and his team.

Addendum by Lease2u. Mr Neary fails to metion that there was a serious issue upon delivery of his car. The supplying dealer got it wrong and delivered the wrong colour of car on a Friday afternoon! This happened even though the supplying dealer had been given a chassis number from us on the exact car the customer wanted. The first we heard about this was at 18.45 on a Friday eve, wind down time? No forget that, time to take action. Mr Neary was told we would deal with the problem and we did. At 9pm Mr Neary was informed that he could use the car until the replacement vehicle arrived the following Tuesday morning. It is not all rosey and things sometimes do go wrong, yet even on a Friday evening when we are officially closed we dealt with the problem, to Mr Neary's complete satisfaction. BUMMER AND I WANTED A BEER!

Addendum from lease2u, we arranged conversion of this van for a specialised type of work., high reach, water fed pole system. This involved making the interior of the rear of the van completely watertight by utilising a system called speedliner flooring which runs half way up the van's side walls. We also arranged the fitting of a 500 litre water tank, safely secured directly into the chassis of the van.

In January I found I needed a car urgently. I had the misfortune of initially using an outfit called xxxxx. I have to say ultra was the last thing they were. They kept changing delivery dates although they had my money. The upshot was that they changed the delivery date for my car to June. I immediately got onto the internet and came across Lease2u. It was the best decision I have ever made. The staff were so professional, they kept me informed of each process. The upshot was that I got a car delivered to my door within ten days.
